These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Dimitri Donat-Magnin the manager of SARL ATELIER DONAT (hereinafter referred to as the seller) and on the other hand by any natural or legal person referred to below as the buyer wishing make a purchase via the site www.donat-mouthpiece.com

VAT not applicable art. 293 B du CGI. The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the seller and his client. The conditions are applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site www.donat-mouthpiece.com, whether the buyer is professional or private.
The acquisition of a good through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
The seller reserves the right to be able to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on www.donat-mouthpiece.com on the date of the order placed by the buyer.
PRODUCTS The products offered are those which appear in the catalog published in the “online store” section of the site www.donat-mouthpiece.com.
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on the product sheets.
The photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered. On the other hand, some veneers are unique and their color will not match the product photo.

Mouthpieces tested must be returned using the pre-paid label provided within 10 days of receipt, in the same condition as received, in their pouch. Any deterioration will be invoiced. For out-of-area tests (see eligible areas in the “tests” description) the return is the responsibility of the customer. The trial mouthpieces are and remain the property of Atelier Donat.
No claim can be made in the event of ordering loan models outside the specified areas.
DELIVERY Processing time
Some Donat mouthpieces are made to order and therefore involve a manufacturing delay. For more information, please see the item descriptions. Once the order is ready, it is shipped within 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping fees The amount of delivery charges is indicated during checkout and is subject to the buyer’s approval before validation of each order.
Delivery Delivery is made to the address filled in by the customer when ordering. Please be precise in the shipping address and check that your name is clearly visible on your mailbox. Any reshipment caused by a lack of precision in the delivery address will be at the expense of the buyer. Any denial cannot lead to a complaint or a withdrawal.
Customs and import taxes: Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. Atelier Donat is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
PAYMENT OPTIONS Payment methods and secure options
The price is payable when ordering. The website www.donat-mouthpiece.com processes your payment information in a secure manner (clicandpay Groupe Credit du Nord). The buyer can pay for his purchases by entering his credit card details.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted and exchanged for products which are not plated (gold or silver) or which are not made to measure or custom under the following conditions:
The buyer must contact the seller within 7 days of delivery;
The mouthpiece must be free from even minor scratches;
The buyer must return the items in their original packaging (pouch + mailing box) within 15 days of delivery. The shipping costs are at his expense. In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, the seller will not be able to refund the order and the buyer will have to file a claim directly with his carrier.
Conditions of returns and exchanges: The return postage and dispatch costs of the new product (in the event of an exchange) are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the buyer.
APPLICABLE RIGHT These General Conditions and accepted orders are subject to French law.
LITIGATION In the event of a dispute, the Bonneville court has sole jurisdiction.
